wasnt expecting much tbh. the kneading is stronger than i thought it would be but i like it. heat is nice too, especially when my neck is stiff after sitting at the pc all day. been using it most evenings
I like that it's cordless. That's honestly one of the main reasons I bought it because I don't want another thing plugged into the wall.
The kneading feels quite nice and the heat gets warm fairly quickly. no complaints so far
I sit at a desk most of the day and my neck gets pretty tense. I put this on for 10 minutes in the evening and it's become part of my routine. nothing complicated about it which I like.
Had one of those vibrating ones before and didn't really like it. This feels different, you can actually feel the little hands moving around your neck. I don't use the heat every time but when I do it's nice.
Not much to say really. It kneads, it heats up, it's rechargeable. The massage is better than I expected and the heat is a nice bonus.
